It is a dry masonry heat-insulating admixture of binders, fillers and special additives.

Admixture is used for laying masonry heat-insulating materials (bricks, building materials) working at temperatures as low as 600°С.

Heat-setting mortar is characterized by the following properties: 1) quality of dry mixes; 2) mixes ready for applying, and 3) stone mortar physicochemical and performance characteristics of heat-setting mortar

The represented data is the result of tests conducted by standard methods for heat-insulating and fire proof materials.

Heat-setting mortar is packed into multilayer kraft paper bags per 20 kg

Packed heat-setting mortar is transported by car, rail and other modes of transport. The mode of transport should prevent from rainfall, damages and secure package integrity.

Heat-setting mortar should be stored in the bags avoiding moisturization in the indoor warehouse with relative humidity no more than 60%. The shelf life of the package is 12 months from the date of production.

Mortar preparation: 18L of water per 20 kg. Mix it up carefully having proper consistency.

Add some water if necessary and mix it up once again.

The recommended thickness of laying is 3–5 мм
